On 16 December 2020 at 17.00 on the MS Teams platform judge of the European General Court - Prof. UJ dr hab. Nina Półtorak presented a paper entitled "The role of the General Court in the EU legal system".

The event was held as part of a scientific meeting of the Chair of European Law and the Chair of Environmental Law at the Jagiellonian University. The meeting was an opportunity to hold a discussion among committed representatives of various academic circles, including those from the Cracow University of Economics and the University of Gdansk.

Prof. UJ dr hab. Nina Półtorak - graduated in law from the Jagiellonian University in Cracow (1995); Doctor of Laws (2001); Habilitated Doctor of Legal Sciences (2011); Assistant Professor (2003-2013) and then (since 2013) Professor at the Chair of European Law at the Jagiellonian University; Judge of the General Court of the EU since 13 April 2016.
